V-Care is a premium customer care service and support by VAGLER specialist team. VAGLER guarantees proper operation of the Product within 12 months from the day the contract of sale/release* was signed (*the start of service program period is counted from the day the Product was sold or released to the Buyer – depending on which occurred later date). The Service Program shall be extended by the time during which due to a defect covered by the V-Care Service Program the Buyer was not able to use the Product.

WHO CAN USE V-CARE:

VAGLER provides V-Care the Service Program to the Customers, who purchased VAGLER V-8 series and purchased V-Care the Service Program for an additional fee. V-Care The Service Program includes only products bought directly from VAGLER or any of its authorised resellers
